Milsped Customs Brokerage LLC is expanding its customs brokerage services in the United States. We are actively seeking a well-qualified Licensed Customs Broker to support and lead the growth of our U.S. customs brokerage operation.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience with a start-up or growing customs brokerage operation
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Licensed Customs Broker
• Ability and willingness to act as Milsped’s license holder
• Customs audit, post entry, and compliance experience
• Strong technical knowledge of HTS classification and U.S. CBP regulations
• Knowledge of FDA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, USDA, and other Partner Government Agency requirements
• Ability to lead, train, and support the brokerage team as new entry writers are added
• Ability to balance compliance, customer service, and business requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
